Job summary

You will manage Account Executives and contractors, strengthen client relationships, and oversee cross-functional teams while driving strategic client objectives and enabling sales growth.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience, preferably at a creative agency.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and client service mindset.
• Sharp analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent time management, organization, and adaptability.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities; experience guiding diverse teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; confident in client interactions.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Executives and contractors to deliver multiple projects.
• Strengthen client relationships and act as the primary client resource.
• Oversee direct mail, email, landing page revisions, and OOH campaigns.
• Coach and develop team members, identify growth areas.
