Vetcove Inc. is seeking an Account Manager-Customer Success to be the main point of contact for key client relationships across the U.S. This remote role supports strategic accounts, drives adoption, and fosters trust with hospital networks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contacts.
• Excellent time and process management skills.
• Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events.
• A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight, while acting as a long-term strategic advisor to clients.
• Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and track action items for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with product initiatives and communicate them to clients.
• Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting for key accounts.
• Analyze account performance and prepare presentations to deliver updates and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on client feedback loops, bug identification, and resolutions.
• Partner with onboarding and implementation to onboard new acquisition clinics.
• Nurture corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform.
