Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Commercial Lines to operate in a remote role across Eastern and Central time zones. You will manage an assigned book, drive retention, and coordinate service delivery while resolving complex issues with excellent client communication.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of account management or 7+ years in the insurance industry, holds a active license, and preferably CIC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or 7+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure accuracy across processes.
• Lead the account management team and monitor performance.
• Renewals, billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; report delinquent accounts.
