Job summary

You will manage a book of business, supervise day-to-day activities, handle policy administration, renewals, and client service with a focus on accuracy and proactive guidance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account management (or 7+ in insurance), holds active licensing (CIC preferred), and excels in customer service and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience, or 7+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the account management team.
• Policy management, renewals, and client submissions.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
