• 5+ years account management experience (or 7+ years in the insurance industry).
• Active insurance license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support retention and new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Direct daily activities and workflow of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and submissions.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure timely completion with proactive communication to the team.
