• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring home deliveries by contract carriers.
• Cultivate relationships with contract carriers.
• Use route planning software for efficient delivery routes.
• Handle dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues.
• Assist in identifying issues with inventory and deliveries.
• Manage expectations for home delivery contracts.
• Coach dispatch and warehouse personnel.
• Travel to multiple sites to ensure client satisfaction.
