Job summary

This role manages client accounts for satisfaction, profitability, and renewal, reviews quality control, and tracks performance guarantees with documentation for client review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 14 to 18 years of experience.
• 8+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day client relationships through knowledge of client’s benefit plan.
• Interact with clients, consultants and producers providing analysis and issue resolution.
• Responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests.
• Lead client centric team meetings to review performance against client expectations.
• Present operational performance metrics to clients on a regular basis.
