Allied National Services, based in Minneapolis, seeks a Senior Account Manager to join our corporate team. You will coordinate vendor services, respond to client requests by phone and email, and ensure services meet client expectations and company standards.

The role emphasizes reliable communication, fast-paced decision-making, and ownership of customer satisfaction. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities to lead contractor onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.
• Consistent work history.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Confident decision-making with sound business judgment.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
• Management experience preferred but not required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure daily attendance of employees.
• Schedule and coordinate special services via phone.
• Conduct pre- and post-service confirmations.
• Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries.
• Maintain and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on equipment repairs and service issues.
• Process contractor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Source, vet, hire, and onboard new contractors and employees.
