Job summary

ARSONAL DESIGN seeks an Account Executive to manage projects and client relationships across campaigns. You will lead externally and internally, building budgets and obtaining VP approval while addressing issues proactively with clients.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director and other departments to ensure campaigns run smoothly, maintain key relationships, and help meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage projects independently, scheduling and budgeting while exceeding client expectations.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sr. Project Manager or similar.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to write copy as needed, such as taglines and pitch decks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects both externally and internally with occasional supervision.
• Create estimates/budgets for each campaign and receive VP approval before presenting to the client.
• Address issues proactively with both internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director on creative feedback and review.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Meet yearly revenue goals.
