Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B account management or full-cycle sales with expansion quota.
• Strong account-planning skills, including whitespace analysis, consultative selling, renewal management, and CRM forecasting.
• Based in Raleigh area; on-site role requiring regular client visits.

Responsibilities

• Grow the book (70%): map accounts, build expansion pipeline, own end-to-end expansion cycles.
• Protect the base (30%): lead QBRs, own net retention, and manage renewals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Provisioning, and Support to own outcomes.
