MarketSource, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, partner with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results through a consultative approach.

You will collaborate across teams, leverage market insights, and help customers maximize performance while meeting client objectives. Strong communication and data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of sales or account management experience in CPG preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and grow business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organization skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and market data to develop recommendations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision-makers across your assigned accounts
• Execute sales calls and presentations to support business plans, promotions, and client initiatives
• Partner with customers to grow sales, improve distribution, increase shelf presence, and support promotional activity
• Analyze account performance and market trends to identify opportunities and drive business results
• Represent client brands during category reviews and business planning discussions
• Maintain account reporting, promotional plans, pricing updates, and other business-critical documentation
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned brands, products, and processes
• Support and mentor team members by sharing best practices and providing guidance when needed
