PEAK Event Services in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Account Executive — Tenting to lead high‑impact, client‑facing sales for premium tenting and event rental solutions. You will grow a MA portfolio, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with operations to deliver unforgettable client experiences from concept to execution.

You will own a $3M–$4M annual revenue target, develop tailored proposals, and expand market share while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and maintaining peak

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hospitality with event rental, catering, or related services.
• Proven revenue attainment of multi‑million dollars per year.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationships with key clients and act as trusted tenting/event rental advisor.
• Identify and pursue new business to expand territory and revenue.
• Consult with clients to define goals, vision, and logistics; craft tailored solutions.
• Conduct account reviews and uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and rental plans aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to ensure flawless execution.
• Visit sites, participate in planning, and provide on-site support for complex events.
• Network through industry events and associations to grow presence.
• Work with senior leadership to shape sales strategy and market growth.
• Represent the company with professionalism to build long‑term loyalty.
