Job summary

N.F. Smith & Associates, L.P. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle and grow a global customer portfolio from a remote position in Germany.

You will manage high-value accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue with Smith’s value-added services in a fast-paced semiconductor market. The role requires a proven track record in independent semiconductor distribution, excellent English, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor distribution industry.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Able to drive results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Expand the customer base in EMEA using existing relationships.
• Communicate Smith's value-added services to customers (cost savings, VMI, inventory management).
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape; adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to execute plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account representatives.
