About the Role
In this opportunity, you will:
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and keep it updated aiming for 3-4 times coverage of sales targets monthly and quarterly.
- Account Management: Manage major accounts (revenue $500M+), leading the sales process from initial contact through to deal closing and renewal.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- CRM Maintenance: Regularly update Salesforce to ensure accurate records and reliable forecasts. Engage in client meetings in person or via platforms like MS Teams.
About You
You're a fit if you have:
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises using a consultative, value-based approach.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of managing change.
- Experience selling to C-level executives, applying solution selling, and identifying business challenges.
- Strong sales process management skills involving multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in legal operations.
- Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently.
- Ability to collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Desire to refine sales strategies, improve team culture, and develop sales tools.
- College degree preferred, with at least 7 years of direct field sales experience, especially in the corporate sector, with a proven sales record.
- Ability to develop and execute account plans.
- Willingness to work from home and travel 25-50% to customer locations.

In the US, Thomson Reuters offers a comprehensive benefits package, with a target total cash compensation range of $178,500 - $331,500, inclusive of base salary and incentives. Pay is determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
