Job summary

Apartment List is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead growth in the Northeast region, covering New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Newark and surrounding markets. This hunter role requires outbound prospecting, full-cycle deal execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure long-term success.

This remote US position involves ~25–40% travel within the territory and offers a strong compensation package with uncapped commissions and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a hunter role.
• Experience selling SaaS or AI products.
• Proven success hitting and exceeding quota in a high-activity environment.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by targeting high-opportunity accounts and building pipeline.
• Execute high-volume outbound activity via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Conduct full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiations, closing.
• Develop relationships with marketing directors, RPMs, IT teams, and other decision makers.
• Educate partners on Apartment List platform and AI leasing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support deals and smooth onboarding.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce, Gong, and sales tools.
