Job summary

Renova One is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own and protect a multi-million-dollar book in the greater Washington, DC market with relocation to the Hyattsville area. You will drive retention, ensure strong project execution, and identify opportunities to add service lines.

The role requires measuring and scoping flooring projects, maintaining relationships with property managers, and expanding within current accounts. Field presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in account management or project management.
• Experience with multi-family or flooring services preferred.
• Ability to measure and scope projects with CAD/Measure Square.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work in the field and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Own an existing multi-million-dollar book of business and protect it.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and penetrate additional lines.
• Ensure successful project measurement, scope, and execution.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and teams; support shared accounts.
