Job summary

Accenture Edge in New York, NY seeks a results-driven Account Executive with a hunter mentality to grow new business in the luxury hospitality sector. You will build a robust pipeline, set meetings with decision-makers, and drive toward meeting and exceeding sales targets across the Edison Area and beyond.

Hybrid work arrangement: in-office Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays, with a draw plus uncapped commission and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with hunter mindset and high target achievement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with high-level decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce and Microsoft 365 knowledge a plus.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with proactive problem solving and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and targeting potential clients to grow new business.
• Schedule and secure meetings with high-potential prospects and decision-makers.
• Maintain and nurture relationships through proactive outreach and communication.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and navigate complex sales cycles to close deals.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and track progress in the funnel.
