Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms. The role requires 2+ years of relevant sales experience, a strong client network in the legal sector, and a bachelor’s degree.

You will generate leads, manage referrals, and present compelling proposals while expanding the customer base and maximizing profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area; contributes to training and education programs for clients.
• Must have strong Rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials; plan & conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while collaborating with customer service and report progress to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms for market pricing, products and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
