CareerNerds, LLC seeks a Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services in a virtual capacity. The role targets law firms with a demand for reliable reporting services and rapid, professional support.

You will generate leads, expand the client base, and negotiate favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of selling court reporting to law firms, a proven sales track record, and a bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads and grows sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress and increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services among competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop presentations of company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
• OTE $200,000 +++

Our client is seeking virtual based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment is desired.
• Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with the law firms within your territory.
• Bachelors degree

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
