Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide.

The role emphasizes building a robust sales pipeline, delivering compelling proposals, and closing deals that significantly contribute to profitability. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services, a strong professional network within law firms, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to client education programs.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain promotional materials.
• Manage cases with customer service and report progress to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
