Qualifications

• 5‑8+ years in entertainment marketing, agency, or studio environment.
• Proven experience managing Key Art campaigns from brief through delivery.
• Track record owning or meaningfully contributing to revenue targets.
• Established relationships with entertainment marketing and creative advertising decision‑makers.
• Experience working across multiple disciplines – Key Art, Social, and/or AV.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of each project – from brief to delivery; manage your own portfolio with minimal support.
• Write thorough creative briefs with strategy, scope, schedule and brand context.
• Manage revision and feedback loops clearly and efficiently; prevent scope creep.
• Stay current on all accounting tasks: SOWs, PORs, freelancer invoices, and estimates.
• Track and record billing activity; flag budget issues early.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Creative Leads to ensure on-brand, on-strategy output.
• Evaluate creative through the client’s lens and advocate for the client’s voice.
