Job summary

Kyocera Document Solutions New York Metro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow the business by building client relationships, selling our document solutions, and delivering exceptional service.

You will manage a territory, cross-sell services, and meet aggressive monthly and quarterly quotas while providing regular progress updates. The role emphasizes prospecting, presentations, and strong CRM discipline, with a base salary plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Geographic assignment with at least 25 prospective major accounts.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to sell Kyocera document solutions.
• Drive growth by presenting proposals and demos, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain quotas: 5x monthly in 30 days, 10x monthly in 31-90 days, 20x monthly in 91 days to 18 months.
• Set at least 3 new prospect appointments per week and input prospects into CRM.
• Conduct account reviews and strategic reviews, provide monthly activity and progress reports.
