Job summary

MSL is seeking a digitally fluent Senior Account Executive for our Consumer Brands practice in Chicago. You will help develop social-first ideas and integrated programs, lead day-to-day account activities, and guide senior leaders to deliver culturally resonant work.

You will manage timelines, budgets and junior team members while shaping influencer programs, owned social content, and paid amplification to earn audience attention across PESO channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in PR, influencer marketing, digital strategy, social media or integrated communications.
• Agency experience with CPG or retail brands and multicultural programming is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the PESO model and how earned, shared, owned and paid channels work together.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social‑first consumer communications programs across the PESO ecosystem.
• Lead influencer and creator strategy, including talent briefs, content review and reporting.
• Manage owned social and community work, including content planning and channel activation.
• Translate culture and consumer behavior into timely ideas for clients and opportunities.
• Harness AI and LLM tools to accelerate research, ideation and analysis.
• Collaborate across PR, social, influencer, creative, strategy, media and agency teams.
