Location: Los Angeles

Our client is a leading OTT/CTV Demand-Side Platform (DSP) dedicated to transforming TV advertising. They empower agencies and advertisers to connect directly through their fully managed platform, facilitating a seamless transition to streaming television. They are seeking several experienced Senior Account Executives to lead business development efforts in the OTT/CTV space. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust network within independent and mid-market agencies and a deep understanding of the local/regional advertising marketplace. You will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding a client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth.
  2. Client Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media, networking events, and referrals.
  3. Needs Analysis: Assess clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored solutions.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  5. Industry Expertise: Stay informed on OTT/CTV trends and provide consultative advice to clients.
  6. Business Forecasting: Provide regular sales activity and performance forecasts.
  7. Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry events to expand your network and generate leads.
  8. Regional Travel: Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  1. Established relationships with agencies and clients in your market or region.
  2. Proven business development experience from cold call to renewal.
  3. Self-motivated with excellent schedule and priority management.
