Job description

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional who has experience working with high-net-worth clients.

Location : Los Angeles, CA (Remote and Hybrid options)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized service.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Evaluate the client’s personal risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to protect their assets and lifestyle.
  • Policy Customization and Management: Customize insurance policies to suit the specific needs of high net worth clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage and exclusivity in service.
  • Claims Assistance: Provide proactive and exceptional support during claims processes to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions for clients.
  • Regular Account Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to assess the adequacy of coverage and make necessary adjustments in response to changes in the client’s lifestyle or asset portfolio.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends and developments in high-net-worth insurance products to offer the most current and practical solutions.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all client records are accurately maintained, and all transactions comply with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Personal Lines account management experience focused on servicing high net worth accounts.
  • Experience with family office accounts. is a plus.
  • Active Property and casualty insurance license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Applied EPIC agency management system experience is a plus
  • Must possess a professional demeanor and be able to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
