Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. The role is fully remote and focused on growing the client base through proactive outreach, referrals, and strategic marketing.

You will generate leads, manage client databases, present proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with customer service to ensure satisfaction and renewal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving.
• Leads profitability and growth of sales territory aligned with company vision.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.

• Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with the law firms within your territory.
