Job summary

Delve Health, a clinical trial technology and patient engagement company, is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to build a pipeline, own relationships, and close deals with sponsors, CROs, and biotech companies. This remote US role offers high earning potential and significant autonomy.

You’ll travel for client meetings and conferences, shape our commercial strategy, and collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to deliver patient-centric trial solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in clinical research, eClinical technology, or related clinical trial services.
• Experience engaging pharmaceutical sponsors, biotechnology companies, and/or CROs.
• Familiarity with eClinical technologies and patient engagement services.
• Proven success prospecting, developing relationships, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
• Based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline by identifying and developing new business opportunities with sponsors, biotech companies, and CROs.
• Prospect through outbound calls, personalized outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across clinical operations, development, and outsourcing.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value prospects.
• Represent Delve Health at conferences and networking events; travel as needed.
• Lead discovery conversations and position Delve's solutions around measurable customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and work toward revenue targets.
• Provide market intelligence and collaborate on strategic deals with leadership.
