Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
• Build and maintain client relationships founded on trust, responsiveness and accountability.
• Keep clients informed of project status through reports, timelines and meetings.
• Receive and document client briefings, feedback and approvals; relay to internal teams.
• Understand client objectives and communicate industry developments to teams.
• Own project details from initiation through completion; track timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain schedules and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently, within budget.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to growth.
