ERM is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the Knoxville, TN area to serve as the primary liaison between ERM and clients, managing projects from initiation to completion and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. The role emphasizes proactive client success, opportunity sensing, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities cover client relationship management, project execution, agency coordination, financial oversight, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships founded on trust, responsiveness and accountability.
• Keeps clients informed of project status through weekly status reports, timelines, meetings, and other communications.
• Documents client briefings, feedback and approvals, ensuring information is communicated accurately to internal teams.
• Understands client business objectives and informs internal teams about relevant client and industry developments.
• Supports account growth by identifying opportunities and suggesting additional client needs.
