Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive at Resilinc will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through value-based, programmatic sales cycles for our AI-powered solutions. As an individual contributor, your primary responsibilities include hunting for new business, utilizing POV and Value-Based Selling techniques. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our solutions and SCRM use cases.

What You Will Do
  1. Develop and manage sales strategies and territory plans to penetrate and close new opportunities in large enterprise accounts.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across targeted organizations.
  3. Manage sales cycles from VP-level sponsors to C-level executives.
  4. Create and execute quarterly strategic plans for targeted accounts in specified industry verticals.
  5. Provide weekly updates and accurate forecasts via Salesforce.
  6. Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  7. Collaborate with Channel Partners and the Resilinc Alliances team to grow pipeline and accelerate deal closure.
  8. Develop detailed Account Penetration Strategy Plans for targeted companies.
  9. Maintain expertise as an SCRM SME in relevant industry verticals.
What You Will Bring
  1. 10+ years of software sales experience, including 5+ years in supply chain software sales.
  2. 5+ years of experience with SaaS Supply Chain and/or SCRM solutions; AI experience preferred.
  3. A proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, closing significant transactions, and consistently exceeding quotas over $1M ACV annually.
  4. Experience in early-stage companies growing their territory and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
  5. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  6. Self-starter with ability to work effectively remotely.
  7. Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
  8. Excellent time management and adaptability skills.
  9. Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
