Company Overview:

ScaleClients.io is a done-for-you agency/coaching business (hybrid) that works with other marketing agencies and high-ticket coaches to help them generate more qualified sales calls, close more clients, and retain clients for longer, ultimately scaling their revenue.

A typical client comes to us already earning between $20k/month and $150k/month and wants to scale through cold traffic/paid ads (which we do done-for-them) to multiple 6-figures—7-figures per month.

The Role and Requirements:

This role is only for highly-experienced Senior Account Executives/High-Ticket Closers with deep sales experience in the marketing agency/coaching/high-ticket B2B space.

As a full-time closer, you will receive 6-8 qualified inbound bookings on your calendar and are expected to close 1-2 deals per day on average. Our marketing department spends between $1.3k - $1.6k per day per Account Executive/closer to ensure you have the 6-8 required bookings, and we have a full-time Sales Coordinator who pre-qualifies and pre-confirms each booking.

If we cannot pre-qualify and confirm the booking, we will cancel or double-book that slot to open it up for a more qualified prospect. We are very strict with our Sales Coordinator process so that every one of our Account Executives/Closers is guaranteed to have at least 5 - 7 live calls per day with qualified prospects.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record closing a minimum of $150k/month in cash collected.
Deep experience in the B2B marketing agency/coaching/consulting/high-ticket industry (this is extremely important since you will be speaking with advanced agency owners and coaches whom you need to demonstrate your expertise).
Can take calls from 9 am EST onwards (however, you can be based anywhere in the world).
Optional bonus: Direct experience running your own agency or coaching business previously.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Taking 6-8 sales calls/day with qualified, inbound leads.
Closing high-ticket deals between $15k - $18k via a one-call close process.
Following up with pipeline and getting old deals across the line using 'Re-Offers'.
Working with strategy & onboarding teams, to ensure a smooth client handover.
Reporting on performance via an EOD report and continually improving your close rate.

Compensation:

10% on Cash Collected.

Monthly OTE = $24k - $30k/month

Here's how it's achieved:

Our current average close rate across the team is 24% on total live calls, and our price point is $15k PIF or 2x payments of $9k (split over 30 days).

Each Account Executive/Closer is expected to be available for and take at least 20 live calls per week (minimum)...

Assuming you close at our average 24% close rate on 20 live calls per week, that totals 16-20 deals per month, which equates to $24k - $30k/month in commissions, assuming the $15k price point.

We already have an existing process that is proven to produce the above metrics.
