Role

We’re seeking an experienced account executive to own the territory for our residential business. You’ll be managing a large, established book of business and expected to grow it via new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Experience selling solutions to the multifamily industry is essential, and experience with enterprise customers (NMHC Top 50) is preferred. Role is remote.

Responsibilities
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in real estate, finance, or software sales is a plus
  • Self-starter interested in collaborating with VP to improve existing processes
  • Ability to manage inbound lead pipeline and outbound lead generation
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar sequencing/drip campaign tools preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; able to interface with debt brokers, CFOs, and insurance underwriters
  • Ability to make a business case for using a financing product
  • Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Solution-oriented seller
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to close deals
  • Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office

Base Salary

The base salary range is $105,000 - $120,000 annually with on-target earnings (OTE) at $180,000 - $230,000.

Final offer amounts depend on experience, expertise, location, and current market data and may vary from the range above. Base salary does not include other compensation or benefits.
