Job summary

QKapital Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive for on-site work in Aventura, FL. You will own and grow a portfolio of mortgage brokers, developers, and top-producing realtors, originating deals from day one and moving them through the loan process with our underwriting and processing teams.

You bring 3+ years in private lending or DSCR, a strong broker network, and a proven production track record. Bilingual English/Spanish is a real advantage for our investor base, with a platform scaling

Qualifications

• 3+ years originations in private lending, hard money, or DSCR.
• Existing network of brokers/developers/realtors.
• Verifiable production track record with volume and closes.
• English fluency; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of mortgage brokers, real estate developers, and top-producing realtors as referral partners.
• Originate deals from day one and bring into the pipeline.
• Structure and shepherd loans from application to close with underwriting & processing teams.
• Represent Nexos at industry events, developer meetings, and networking tables where deals actually get made.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who already knows this business and already has the relationships. This is not an entry-level role. If you have a book of mortgage brokers, developers, and realtors who send you deals, and you want to monetize that network with a lender that actually closes, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of mortgage brokers, real estate developers, and top-producing realtors as referral partners.
• Bring active deals into the pipeline from day one — you’re expected to originate, not just learn.
• Structure and shepherd loans from application to close, working alongside our underwriting and processing teams.
• Represent Nexos at industry events, developer meetings, and networking tables where deals actually get made.

What You Bring

• 3+ years originating in private lending, hard money, DSCR, or real estate finance — and an existing network of brokers/developers/realtors who trust you.
• A verifiable track record of production (be ready to talk volume and closed deals).
• Deep understanding of investor loan products: bridge, construction, fix-and-flip, DSCR.
• Confidence with high-volume outreach and relationship management via CRM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (a real advantage with our investor base).
