We’re seeking a hunter-minded sales executive with a track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals. Our client, a trusted leader in sustainable building solutions, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive growth in the Performance Contracting division across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

You will engage C-suite executives in the education (K-12, higher ed) and healthcare sectors, delivering large-scale energy efficiency and infrastructure projects with guaranteed savings.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and close complex, bundled energy solutions at the executive level.
  • Lead pursuit strategies and negotiate contracts for large infrastructure projects.
  • Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with engineers, project managers, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events and within target markets.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of proven “hunter” sales experience, including C-suite engagement.
  • Strong background in performance contracting, ESCO sales, or bundled energy/infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
