Truvio seeks a Business Consultant to guide customers through their digital transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. You will blend business process expertise with technology consulting to optimize operations and maximize the Dynamics 365 value.

This remote role supports North America with onboarding, mentorship, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of business consulting, ERP consulting, or business analysis experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience leading client workshops and gathering business requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely within a distributed team
• Valid driver's license in the U.S. or Canada.

We are seeking a Business Consultant to work closely with customers throughout their digital transformation journey. In this role, you'll combine business process expertise with technology consulting to help organizations optimize operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and maximize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 investment. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with clients, solving complex business challenges, and managing a variety of projects in a flexible, fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to influence customer success, contribute to product and service innovation, and collaborate directly with experienced consultants and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of Truvio's Advanced Treasury or AP Automation solutions for multiple clients simultaneously in North America
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with our embedded best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of business consulting, ERP consulting, or business analysis experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, or operations
• Experience leading client workshops and gathering business requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely within a distributed team
• Valid driver's license in the U.S. or Canada

Compensation: $100,000-$140,000 annually, based on experience
