Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day senior clients.
• Ensure successful development and completion of the client engagement.
• Maintain a superior relationship with all departments and communicate goals to the agency team.
• Ensure the agency delivers high quality work that meets client objectives and leads the category.
• Be responsible for profitable growth by adding new divisions or assignments.
• Manage and mentor junior level team members.
• Identify short- and long-term opportunities and drive business growth.
• Develop annual SOWs in collaboration with finance and department heads.
• Report on account performance.
• Identify best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop new initiatives through understanding the client’s content area.
• Aggressively pursue ways to contribute to agency and client revenue.
