The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience, onboarding customers, renewing annually, resolving inquiries, and managing contracts and payments. You will collaborate across teams, maintain data in Salesforce and related systems, ensure accurate invoicing, and support contract processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant account management experience with high school diploma or 2+ years with bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a key member of a high-performing team responsible for account management support of the Accreditation and NCDR portfolio
• Provide excellent customer service through clear, concise written and verbal communication to all stakeholders
• Follow operational processes including payment/invoicing and contract amendment guidance
• Utilize Salesforce and other systems to onboard, maintain, and terminate products as appropriate
• Monitor and maintain customer and opportunity data across systems
• Foster a collaborative, safe environment to support teamwork and innovation
• Support digital storage of contractual documents including master agreements and amendments
