Job summary

ACHC in Cary, NC is seeking a personable Account Advisor to support and accomplish the accreditation process for all programs. You will educate customers on ACHC capabilities to build strong relationships and promote retention and loyalty.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Hybrid remote-working privileges are available; base salary plus bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (Bachelor's preferred) in business with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior customer service experience with demonstrated relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with databases and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service from first inquiry through all accreditation phases.
• Process accreditation documents within defined timeframes.
• Summarize findings and provide recommendations to customers.
• Review program standards and policies; propose updates.
• Revise department documents to maintain process integrity.
