Job summary

American College of Cardiology is seeking a Sr. Specialist for Accreditation and NCDR Account Management in Washington, DC. This hybrid role focuses on onboarding, renewals, customer inquiries, and contract management across ACC registries and quality programs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in account management (or 2+ with a Bachelor's) and strong communication, billing, and CRM skills. Travel to one annual off-site meeting may be required.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant account management experience with high school diploma, or 2+ years of relevant account management experience with bachelor's degree.
  • Client service oriented with proven ability to resolve questions and complaints clearly and respectfully.
  • Account management with contracting, billing and/or collections experience.
  • Highly organized, flexible and able to follow through on tasks.
  • Collaborative problem solving and growth mindset in a team setting.
  • Effective communication, written and verbal; 45+ WPM typing.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end ACC account management for Accreditation and NCDR programs.
  • Onboard customers, renewals, inquiries, and contract amendments; process payments.
  • Maintain data in Salesforce, NCDR portals, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, coding of payments, and contract guidance.
  • Travel to annual off-site meeting if required; collaborate across teams.
