Job summary

Paragon Forensics in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks a Senior Accident Reconstruction Expert to lead forensic cases, manage client relations, and drive case strategy. This role involves inspections, data review, and preparing reports, as well as providing expert testimony.

You will mentor staff, perform photogrammetry/video analysis, and contribute to research publications while delivering timely results in high-stakes personal injury matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license and/or ACTAR certification.
• 5+ years in accident reconstruction and/or biomechanical analysis.
• Proficiency in PC-Crash and Bosch CDR.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to manage high caseloads and deadlines.
• Effective time management and staff leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with basic tools and a PC/MS Office.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant on forensic cases for personal injury claims.
• Acquire clients, manage cases, review files and perform inspections.
• Provide expert testimony at depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Publish novel research relevant to the field.
• Train and develop other Paragon staff.
