AIG is seeking a Claims Examiner II in Accident & Health to manage all aspects of claim resolution for assigned cases while delivering world-class service to customers.

The role requires review of policies to determine coverage, investigation into facts, and determination of amounts owed, with opportunities for subrogation and fraud referrals.

Strong communication, computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret insurance policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of claim resolution for assigned claims.
• Review policies and documents to determine coverage.
• Investigate loss facts and determine amounts owed under policy.
• Coordinate with customers, brokers and policyholders.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and referrals.
