Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of claim resolution for assigned claims.

• Conduct, coordinate, and direct investigations into loss facts.
• Determine eligibility and amounts owed per contract terms.
• Recognize subrogation opportunities where warranted.
• Identify and refer risks and fraud as appropriate.
