Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a CWA Access Control Foreman to lead on-site installation and service of access control and IP video systems across California sites. You will supervise technicians, coordinate service calls, and ensure adherence to safety and installation standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics, and providing remote diagnostics while maintaining strong customer relationships and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, Vocational School or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience.
• Experience with Software House, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Brivo, Milestone, Exacq, Axis, Bosch, Commend, DMP, Open Options, Notifier, Fluidmesh or ONSSI preferred.
• Possession of state-specific licensing or ability to hold license once hired.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial client sites to service access control equipment and IP-based video systems.
• Troubleshoot system installations to identify issues and apply effective resolutions.
• Apply documentation for tracking of service-related issues.
• Demonstrate knowledge of electrical schematics, CAD drawings for low-voltage work.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide phone and online remote diagnostic support.
• Drive to client sites with a company vehicle to perform service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
