Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a CWA Access Control Foreman to lead field service on access control and IP video systems at multiple client sites in California. The role includes on-site service, troubleshooting, and coordination with customers.

The incumbent will work in a fast-paced environment and may be on-call for emergencies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field experience, familiarity with major access control brands, and the ability to interpret electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, Vocational School or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience.
• Experience with multiple access control / video systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial client sites to service, repair, troubleshoot, and detect access control equipment and IP-based video security systems.
• Troubleshoot system installations and apply effective resolutions while following installation standards.
• Document tracking of service-related issues.
• Read electrical schematics, CAD drawings and related documents for low-voltage work.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
