You will lead upgrades, consult with faculty on enhancements, administer academic systems, troubleshoot issues, and train staff and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in supporting computers, mobile devices, and/or video technologies, and equipment.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, recommends and implements divisional and school‑wide efforts in specialized technologies supporting teaching and learning.
• Leads software upgrades and equipment replacements to ensure operability and up‑to‑date standards.
• Consults with faculty to implement system enhancements and modifications.
• Provides system administration for academic systems and applications to ensure operability, availability and security.
• Conducts advanced troubleshooting to mitigate equipment failures and improve processes.
