Job summary

Arizona State University seeks an Academic Success Advisor, Sr. to join SBHSE’s Undergraduate Advising team. You will provide individualized and group advising to online and campus students to promote persistence and timely graduation.

With close collaboration to faculty and staff, you’ll guide students to degree options, internships, study abroad, and career opportunities, while handling enrollment and records with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in college level academic advising for online and campus students.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to deliver workshops and sessions.
• Proficient with student information systems and degree audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group academic advising to online and campus students.
• Refer students to ASU services to support health, counseling, and career needs.
• Assist with enrollment, registration, orientation, retention, and records.
• Enforce university policies and assist with program level advising.
• Lead major projects and contribute to SBHSE student success initiatives.
