Job Description Summary:
The GW Department of Romance, German & Slavic Studies ( RGSS ) fosters critical thinking, reading, speaking, and writing across cultures and histories. The department offers four major and five minor programs, along with dozens of language, culture, and literature courses in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. Department faculty teach hundreds of students every semester.
RGSS is seeking a Senior Academic Department Administrator. The responsibilities of this position include the following:
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
