Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of experience working with college students in an academic advising capacity or master's degree and four years of experience in advising, group work, assessment and administration of college students' academic programs.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• ACADEMIC ADVISING: Provide information and advice to students regarding degree requirements and campus resources.
• ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES: Maintain accuracy of student records and advising data.
• COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Attend meetings and participate in training opportunities.
• STUDENT OUTREACH: Plan workshops, participate in orientation, and lead FIGs/TrIGs.
