Fifth Third Bank in New York is seeking an Associate in ABS Structuring & Modeling to support analytical and execution work across ABS transactions, including transportation and consumer assets. You will build cash flow models, design structures, and assist with pitches and marketing materials.

You will collaborate with senior structurers, originators, distribution teams, rating agencies, and investors; require 4+ years in structured finance, strong Excel and Intex skills, and knowledge of

Competenze

• 4+ years in structured finance or ABS modeling.
• Degree in Math, CS, Engineering, Finance or other quantitative field.
• Experience with ABS warehouse and securitization modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills; Intex and Bloomberg proficiency.
• SQL, Python, or VBA programming a plus.
• Knowledge of cash flow waterfall mechanics and rating agency stress scenarios.
• Experience with transportation and consumer assets; digital infrastructure assets preferred.
• Familiarity with rating agency methodologies and stress-case modeling.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain cash flow models for ABS using Intex, DealVector, and Excel/VBA.
• Design transaction structures, including tranche sizing and credit enhancement.
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials with cash flow analytics.
• Collaborate with risk, relationship managers, distribution, issuers, counsel, rating agencies and investors.
• Explain cash flow mechanics and risk mitigants at roadshows and investor meetings.
