Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record.
• 2–4 years of experience reading/analyzing CLO/ABS securitizations.
• Exposure to rating agency processes and securitization methodologies.
• Knowledge of insurance investment management is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and Intex.
• Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions across asset classes.
• Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring private investments for an insurance balance sheet.
• Prepare analyses informing structuring decisions and participate in calls.
• Draft and review transaction documents with legal counsel.
• Coordinate with tax, legal, and accounting teams on feedback.
• Build and maintain cash flow and waterfall models for transactions.
• Assist in due diligence and portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare investment committee memos and screening materials.
• Conduct market research to identify structuring trends.
